Why Use the Work Style Lens?
Predict job performance
Work Style Lens™ has good potential for improved prediction of job performance and other important outcomes (i.e., incremental validity) when used in combination with measures of ability.
Avoid costly hiring mistakes
WS-Lens includes an “unlikely virtues” scale, helping to detect falsified responses which could lead to poor hiring outcomes.
Make confident decisions
WS-Lens has updated norms and maps directly to a taxonomy of job characteristics called O*NET, with up-to-date information for over 900 occupations. Results are accurate, up-to-date and stable, providing meaningful insight into how a candidate's personality will influence their workplace behavior.
Candidate Insights
WS-Lens produces results that indicate a person's likelihood to be leadership oriented, tolerant of stress, inclined to independent work, and much more; enabling you to identify candidates who will be the right fit.
Learning and Development
A development report that will help new hires with their own self-awareness and can guide their direct managers to support them effectively
