TD-12 Certification Training
Gain insight into the theory and structure of the TD-12 and learn how to interpret the results effectively.
The Course Objectives
The TD-12 identifies potential behavioural risk factors in (new) employees under pressure. The training covers the test scales, underlying theory, and how to formulate concrete interview questions based on TD-12 scores for use in recruitment contexts.
Certification is required prior to using the TD-12 to ensure correct interpretation and application. This training is only suitable for experienced users of personality assessments. Inexperienced users must complete the Basic Training in Test Use first.
After the training, an In-Company Peer Session can be organised to collaboratively discuss complex cases. Minimum of 4 participants from the same organisation required.
