Why Use Numerical Data Interpretation Test?

Predict job performance and managerial potential

NDIT™ measures candidate ability to manipulate and interpret numerical information from dashboards and reports. These skills are rated as “important” for nearly 300 jobs ranging from sales managers to executives.

Save time in your hiring process

The results are presented in two ways - convenient online dashboard for quick viewing results  and an easy-to-interpret profile report. This helps you to pinpoint suitable candidates immediately and makes your recruitment process more efficient.

Test with confidence

NDIT™ items have been designed to have high face validity and reflect the types of numerical data routinely encountered in numerous roles within the modern workplace.
