What does Giotto measure?
Giotto measures personal integrity. Within an occupational or work setting we take "Integrity" to mean: “The values, behaviors, attitudes, actions and thoughts which an individual holds and demonstrates compared with those values etc. which an employer expects from an employee within a particular role”.
There are 7 scales of Giotto that measure the following areas:
