Enter information about your requisition, including job title, occupation, and seniority level. Role Assessments instantly analyzes the information against the database to generate a multifaceted and custom assessment specific to your role. The platform pulls in assessments from Pearson’s assessment library to measure specific cognitive, personality, and work style domains tied to the role.

Invite Candidates
Once the list of abilities is ready, quickly and easily invite your candidates by entering an individual's information, including name and email address, or by uploading a CSV file with multiple candidates' information. If you are using our open API connection with your Applicant Tracking System, you can invite candidates directly from your ATS platform.
