We are dealing with a fast paced, rapidly changing work environment; a changing world in which many careers that exist today, were not available a decade ago - from data Scientist and AI Engineer to Sustainability Manager and Chief Happiness Officer.
Strong forces like emerging technologies (AI, robotics), globalisation, climate change, and economic disruptions (Covid-19) are fundamentally changing the job market and the way we work. To develop individuals need to be able to continually up-skill and master the essential skill of career planning, not only at the start of their careers but as an ongoing process. So how do individuals have a job that they enjoy and are interested in, not only to have a successful career, but to also continuously develop new skills and, if desired explore new career paths?

Through a journey of comprehensive exploration, Which Career For Me guides the individuals to ask themselves those essential questions that they are not used to exploring in their daily lives, like ‘What does success really mean to me?’, ‘What really motivates me and why?’, ‘Where do I want to make my contribution and do my job?’
With the answers they discover, and the additional activities offered, the program leads them to take immediate actions toward achieving their goals and building successful and fulfilling careers
