For use in recruitment and development the Emotional Quotient Inventory 2 (EQ-i 2.0), measures emotional intelligence.The EQ-i 2.0 has four available reports; individual, leadership, 360 and group. All four report types have a client and coach section. The coach version includes interpretative guidance, response explanations, follow-up questions and a de-briefing guide.
The EQ-i 2.0 is a restricted tool and can only be accessed by Accredited Professionals or Registered Psychologists.

EQ-i 2.0 Accreditation Training is provided through Performance Frontiers, a training provider in Australia and New Zealand.
