This white paper presents the results of a study looking into intergenerational differences in the value and personality traits measured by SOSIE.
The research is in response to ongoing demand from Human Resources professionals as they consider which management methods and resources to draw on in order to nurture the talent, skills and wellbeing of employees, not only taking into account the specific characteristics of each generation, but also with a view to encouraging intergenerational interaction and minimizing intergenerational tension.
