Presented by a Pearson Business Psychologist, this 30 minute webinar (including 5-10 mins at the end for questions), runs through the importance of being trained in administering and feeding back psychometric tests to candidates and then showcases the new fully online and remote BPS Ability training that Pearson now offers.

This new format enables course participants to complete the training in their own time and at their own pace, with our support available if needed, thus equipping them with the tools they need to set up and run their own psychometric test campaigns. A BPS Test User qualification enables course attendees to administer all UK ability tests.

We also talk about the BPS Personality Course, which is now also held online but retains the requirement for people to attend the live sessions, which run over a two day period.
