Pearson provides you with two options for administering the Golden: Choose the A/Z option to view the "How you approach life" scale with Adapting vs OrganiZing labels. The A/Z report is recommended as report of choice in most cases, however, the Judging vs Perceiving labels or J/P report can be selected when converting customers to the Golden who have been previously exposed to other personality assessments.
