EDA will provide:

  • Coordination with Executive Development Associates representative(s)
  • High-quality participant materials
  • Exceptional classroom facilitation, coaching, and feedback
  • Flexible course delivery dates
  • Course evaluation and feedback

The Client will provide:

  • Training location and basic equipment.  (Training location and equipment may be arranged by EDA upon request.)
  • Assignments of participants to classes and all training-related communications with those participants
  • Designated internal representative to coordinate logistics and serve as contact person for EDA- assigned consultant
